The HOA board will not provide governing documents to non members and it is the responsibility of the owner to access all required documents themselves from the website.

The Town or Grand Lake requires approval from the HOA prior to beginning their own review of your plans. The HOA requests all the same documents that the town will require. This includes architectural drawings, a site plan, a list of proposed exterior construction materials and color photos of all proposed exterior materials.

According to our rules and regulations, the HOA has 30 days to review your project. The 30 day period will not commence until complete information is received.
Please plan accordingly and provide the Committee with all the required documents as soon as you can!
